If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us or chat with us online. we will try our best to meet your request.


Return Policy
-All purchases (containing regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and all the items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.


How to Make Your Return
Two ways:
①Recommend: Apply for an exchange or a return in the user center of the online store. 
②Send us an exchange or a return request with your order number by the email to which you placed the order. (Emails send to: service@barbess.com.)

-We will review your request within 24 hours.
-You will get a return label after the review has been approved.
-If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.
-If you want a refund: After we receive your returned products, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. *We will issue the refund to your original payment method.


Kind reminder
-Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.


Order cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
